FABRICATION

Piping, plumbing, sheet metal, and complete multi-trade assemblies, built in our own shops and delivered ready to install.

Fabrication-level models from our BIM coordination release straight to Pan-Pacific's own shops. What we install is what we detailed: spooled, welded, assembled, QR-tagged, and kitted by level and area before it ever reaches the site. Field crews set finished assemblies instead of building systems in the air.

What Prefab Buys Your Project

Safer

Work moves from ladders and lifts to benches and fixtures, with fewer field hours spent at height.

Higher Quality

Precision-built in a controlled environment, checked before it ships, not after it hangs.

Faster Schedule

Fabrication runs parallel to site work, and crews set finished assemblies instead of building in the air.

A Cleaner Site

Material arrives kitted to where it installs: fewer trades stacked, less laydown, less congestion.

Multi-Trade Racks, Built and Hung as One

Ten services on one hanger: duct, piping, and cable tray assembled in the shop as cataloged manufactured assemblies and set in place as single picks. Every rack ships with its fabrication number, hardware, and QR tag, and field crews hang one assembly instead of ten systems.

How the racks are configured and released from the model: BIM 3D.

Built in California and Hawaiʻi, Delivered Nationwide

Fabrication shops throughout California and Hawaiʻi support projects anywhere in the nation. Sheet metal is fabricated in Hawaiʻi.

Labeled for the Level It Lands On

Assemblies leave our shops wrapped, stenciled, and batched by the level and area where they install. Fork points are marked, zone labels are on the wrap, and QR tags tie every piece back to the model.

Material lands where it goes to work: one delivery, one staging move, one install. Fewer touch points means less rehandling and damage, and a jobsite that stays clear of stored material instead of tripping over it.

Every delivery feeds Asset Tracker, so the project team watches assemblies move from shop to site to installed in real time.
