Project Overview
This 30,000 square-foot open research laboratory build-out includes the installation of all sheet metal, mechanical piping, and plumbing systems. The scope features two air handling units, two rooftop chillers, boilers, pumps, and a rooftop mechanical platform designed to support critical building operations.
Supporting Critical Research Environments
The project also includes the installation of four rooftop exhaust fans that will provide specialized laboratory exhaust and ventilation for the research spaces, helping maintain the environmental conditions required for advanced research activities.
