Yountville, CA

Located in Napa Valley, the Veterans Home of California–Yountville (VHC–Yountville) is a longstanding community dedicated to serving veterans. Established in 1884, it is the largest veterans home in the United States, providing residential accommodations along with a wide range of recreational, social, and therapeutic programs that support independent living. The campus is home to nearly 1,000 veterans—both men and women—who have served in conflicts ranging from World War II to the Korean War, Vietnam War, Operation Desert Storm, and Operations Enduring and Iraqi Freedom.

The project includes the construction of a new, approximately 317,000-square-foot, multi-story Skilled Nursing and Memory Care Facility situated on 11 acres within the VHC–Yountville campus. The facility will provide 240 beds and is designed to support high-quality, long-term care for residents.

Key features of the development include main and satellite kitchens, dining areas, exam rooms, nurses' stations, laundry facilities, a pharmacy, and dedicated outdoor spaces for residents. Additional components include parking, roadways, an emergency generator, and other site improvements necessary to support the facility's operations.
