Four Seasons Winery

The Four Seasons Winery, located in Calistoga, California, is an approximately 50,000-square-foot facility situated on a one-mile-long campus. Pan-Pacific Mechanical was engaged by Suffolk Construction to support the successful delivery of this high-end winery project.
PPM's scope included assisting with the installation and integration of several critical systems essential to winery operations, including the glycol system, fermentation piping, pneumatic and compressed air systems, boiler system, and product piping.
These systems play a vital role in maintaining precise temperature control, supporting fermentation processes, and ensuring efficient production throughout the facility.
The Four Seasons Winery was scheduled to open in September 2021, with Pan-Pacific Mechanical delivering its scope in alignment with the project timeline.
