Heirloom Carbon Project Uno
Tracy, CA
Pan-Pacific Mechanical proudly delivered a standout project for Heirloom in Tracy, California—an innovative commercial direct air carbon capture facility and the first of its kind in the United States. This groundbreaking project represents a major step forward in environmental technology, with a system capable of capturing up to 1,000 tons of CO₂ annually.
For the Project Uno Pilot Plant, Pan-Pacific Mechanical provided a comprehensive scope of work, including both plumbing and mechanical piping systems. The project highlights our ability to deliver integrated solutions for highly specialized and complex industrial applications.
A key component of the system is a state-of-the-art vacuum conveyance system, designed to efficiently transport limestone to power Heirloom's all-electric kiln. This advanced process plays a critical role in enabling the facility's carbon capture operations.
Pan-Pacific Mechanical's involvement in this project underscores our commitment to innovation, sustainability, and technical excellence. By supporting cutting-edge solutions in carbon capture technology, we continue to demonstrate our ability to execute ambitious, first-of-their-kind projects for clients leading the way in environmental stewardship.
