Kaiser Permanente Lakewood

Kaiser's new 116,500-square-foot, 3-story medical office building located at 8301 W. Alameda is scheduled to open mid-year 2026. This state-of-the-art facility is designed to improve patient experience, and it also features innovative technology with a focus on environmental sustainability. Delivered via design-build, the project is pursuing LEED Gold certification.

Pan-Pacific Mechanical is responsible for the plumbing and mechanical scope on this project. The KP Lakewood project has already received an award from the Colorado Association of Healthcare Engineers & Directors recognizing the collaboration and innovation of this project between all parties, including PPM. The project team has been solution focused, continually contributing to Lessons Learned and Program improvements.
