Kaiser Permanente Railyards
Sacramento, CA
Kaiser Permanente has broken ground on a new medical center that will expand access to care for thousands of members and patients while supporting the continued growth and economic vitality of downtown Sacramento.
The 18-acre project site will include a full-service hospital spanning approximately 662,000 square feet across eight stories. The facility will feature a 3,000-square-foot pathology lab and an 8,000-square-foot clinical laboratory. Supporting infrastructure includes a two-story, 32,000-square-foot central utility plant designed to meet the operational demands of the campus.
Upon completion in 2029, the development at 365 Railyards Boulevard will include a comprehensive healthcare campus with a hospital, outpatient medical offices, and a parking structure. Located within Sacramento's historic Railyards district, the facility will provide hospital care, emergency services, maternity services, and a range of specialty care offerings.
Pan-Pacific Mechanical is responsible for the plumbing scope for both the hospital and the central utility plant, contributing to the delivery of a modern, large-scale healthcare facility serving the region.
