Kaiser Permanente Roseville
Roseville, CA
Kaiser Roseville Medical Center is part of a billion-dollar healthcare expansion project that broke ground in March 2023 and is anticipated to be completed in 2027. The project includes the construction of a new 272,000-square-foot, six-story hospital tower that will house 138 inpatient beds, including 20 intensive care unit (ICU) beds.
The overall scope of work also includes site make-ready activities, upgrades to the existing Central Utility Plant (CUP), the addition of a new generator yard, and a tower expansion to support increased capacity. In total, the expansion will deliver 138 new inpatient beds, 20 ICU beds, and six new operating rooms (ORs).
As part of the project, Pan-Pacific Mechanical (PPM) is playing a key role in the prefabrication of headwalls and in-wall assemblies, helping to improve efficiency, quality, and installation timelines. PPM is also actively involved in an automated layout effort, leveraging advanced technology to enhance precision and coordination throughout the construction process.
