Senti Biosciences
Alameda, CA
Senti Bio's mission is to "create a new generation of smarter medicines that outmaneuver complex diseases in ways previously inconceivable." The company leverages advanced gene circuit technology to reprogram cells to target and fight cancer.
As part of its continued growth, Senti Bio established a new East Bay biotech hub at 1430 Harbor Bay Parkway, complementing its existing headquarters and R&D facility in South San Francisco. The 92,000-square-foot facility was designed as a fully customized, end-to-end manufacturing solution. It enables the isolation of NK cells, genetic engineering using proprietary gene circuits, large-scale cell culture expansion, and the cryopreservation and storage of final cGMP products.
Pan-Pacific Mechanical delivered the full mechanical scope of work for the project, including plumbing, process piping, mechanical piping, and HVAC ductwork—supporting the complex infrastructure required for advanced biomanufacturing operations.
