The project scope includes the renovation of a four-story, 62,000-square-foot portion of an existing acute care hospital to support upgraded inpatient nursing units for cancer patient recovery. The renovation converts dual-bed patient rooms into private rooms and includes the upgrade and replacement of mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), information technology, and medical equipment systems.
In addition to the renovation, the project features two new four-story building extensions, each approximately 40,000 square feet, increasing overall patient capacity and enhancing the hospital's ability to deliver specialized care.
Pan-Pacific Mechanical is responsible for the full mechanical scope of work, supporting the transformation and expansion of this critical healthcare facility.
